It is open to all ages and abilities. You are welcome even if you have never gardened before. There are shared jobs, seasonal planting and informal workshops.
Growing food is good for mind and body. It is a calm, friendly place to relax, build confidence and make friends. Volunteers run it, and anyone local can join in.
