Tees Valley Women’s Centre Eco Shop provides free surplus food to service users, reducing waste and supporting women with dignity and care.
The Eco Shop is run by volunteers at Tees Valley Women's Centre. It offers spare supermarket food to women who use the centre.
You can take up to 10 items each visit, for free. This includes tins and packets as well as fresh food.
The Eco Shop is only for women who already use the centre's support and services.
The food is good-quality surplus that shops would otherwise throw away. This cuts waste and helps families with the cost of food.
Centre staff and volunteers run the Eco Shop as part of the centre's wider support. It treats every woman with dignity.
